(LONDON) IPD is appointing Jani Venter as director in the US office and Goran Ujdur as a director within the Australian and New Zealand business. Venter joins IPD from CB Richard Ellis Investors US where she was a director in the research group, focusing on the development and execution of synthetic investment strategies to improve portfolio performance within the firm's global funds. Ujdur joins IPD from Perpetual where he was head of direct property.
