The Anaheim and Garden Grove properties are part of Chicago-based WCV Commercial's 3.3-million-square-foot portfolio of 19 business parks in Orange County, for which Voit is the leasing agent. The six new leases range from 6,525 square feet to 58,000 square feet and run from two to five years. The tenants are engaged in businesses that include baseball manufacturing, aerospace and automotive fastener manufacturing, supply chain management, wholesale furniture distribution, and moving and relocation services.
Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of the Anaheim Metro office of Voit Commercial represented both the tenant and the landlord in three of the deals. One tenant was represented by Steve Young of the Anaheim office CB Richard Ellis, another represented itself and the sixth was represented by Paul Kott of Paul Kott Realtors.
The Orange County properties that WCV Commercial owns are part of the Chicago-based real estate investment company's portfolio of 23 million square feet within 550 buildings throughout the Western US. The WCV Orange County business parks formerly were leased by a number of brokerages under their former ownership by Rreef, including some that were managed in-house by Rreef. Following WCV's acquisition of the parks, it consolidated the leasing assignments with Voit.
