He has extensive experience in representing corporate users, owners and developers in Southern California, notes Jan Pope, Jones Lang LaSalle Southwest market director.

Napolitano has spearheaded many significant real estate transactions throughout Orange County, with a client base including top names among US corporations. His experience with local, regional and institutional landlords and long-term relationships with corporate clients will expand JLL's presence in the Orange County market and its industrial capabilities, says Leland Bruce, Jones Lang LaSalle senior managing director for the Orange County region.

[IMGCAP(2)]Schroeder and Nieman, who have joined Colliers International as vice presidents in the company's Irvine office, previously were with Sperry Van Ness in Irvine. The new retail team will focus on the sale and disposition of retail and net-leased single-tenant properties throughout the Western US.

Martin Pupil, senior managing director of Colliers International's Greater Los Angeles operations, notes that during this time of economic slowdown, Colliers is committed to growing its individual practice groups, such as the retail investment group.
