The financing involve a $15.6 million first mortgage and a $3.8 million mezzanine investment in the project. Specific details about the financing were not available at press time. Representatives from the Columbus, OH-based RockBridge Capital were not available for comment. An update will follow.
The Domain is a $500-million-plus mixed-use project being developed by Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group. The development is bordered by Burnet Road and Braker Lane on the northwest side. The 30-acre first phase opened in March 2007. Domain II broke ground in summer 2008.
