"We are pleased that we have been selected to help the residents in this community" says Garrett Hain, VP of residential client services for McKinley. "I'm confident that by applying our team's passion and expertise, we will be able to enrich the quality of life and create value for the stakeholders."

This is not the first property McKinley has been awarded by the courts. In November 2008, the company was also made receiver of the Lincoln Park Shopping Center. The 296,000-square-foot, five-building retail center in Lincoln Park, MI, has more than 108,400 square feet of vacancy.
