At Panattoni, Geisreiter focused on acquisitions and the speculative development of office and R&D product. Prior to Panattoni, he was a senior vice president with Equity Office Properties, where he had responsibility over a 375-person team managing a 21-million-square-foot portfolio. Development projects during his tenure included Foundry Square, the Ferry Building and 150 California Street.

Hvidt is reportedly returning to full-time brokerage. Geisreiter, at a conference in Las Vegas, was not available Tuesday or Wednesday for comment. Hvidt did not respond to a phone message seeking comment.
