Groundbreaking is expected to occur this spring, with the first phase scheduled to deliver in Q4. Reisterstown Crossing can support two office buildings of 71,000 square feet and 14,000 square feet, as well as 13,000 square feet of retail space. The retail section will front on MD Route 140, or Westminster Pike.
St. John Properties developed and still owns a similar project three miles away on Reisterstown Road. Called Reisterstown Business Center, it is a 133,000 square foot office and retail center that is fully occupied. Jerry Wit, senior vice president of Marketing, says he hopes to replicate that success at Reisterstown Crossing. "Several new class A buildings that have delivered in this area have performed extremely well, and the project's relative proximity to both the Westminster and Baltimore markets is a major competitive advantage."
