Venture Center was built between 1999 and 2003 and houses several state government agencies and the US Department of Agriculture, as well as a few private firms. This is PPM's third property management assignment in North Carolina, with others including 200 South Tryon in Charlotte and Crossroads Corporate Park in Cary.
