Larson and Indvik are both veterans of more than 30 years in commercial real estate. Indvik, in addition to opening Lee's Industry and Commerce offices, opened two additional offices in Riverside County. He also has extensive experience underwriting real estate assets and developing and executing workout strategies for distressed properties. Indvik and Larson join Lee ISG president Patrick Benton along with founding principal Matthew C. Sullivan and principal Stephen Peters at Lee ISG, which launched last November in Downtown Los Angeles.

[IMGCAP(2)]During Larson's tenure at the CBRE, its private client group grew to approximately 120 agents by the time he left in 2004 to join Grubb & Ellis. At Grubb & Ellis, the private capital investment group that he launched grew to a 45-broker operation before he left.

Lee ISG employs its own resources as well as those of the 35 Lee member companies and more than 550 brokers to serve its clients' investment needs. The company says that, by building synergy between Lee ISG and the Lee brokers throughout the organization, it can offer the best of both worlds--in-depth local expertise with a national platform.

When Lee launched Lee ISG, Benton explained to GlobeSt.com that Lee brokers have been closing investment sales for years, but until the formation of the new group there had not been one office or one segment of the firm that focused specifically on investment sales. Lee ISG provides all of the Lee offices with research, financial analysis and strategic services, and it facilitates referrals between the buy and sell side of transactions.
