Mosler joined other top industry leaders in a panel titled, "Industry Leaders Crossfire: Will There Be Zen in 2010?" at this year's RealShare Real Estate 2009 conference in Downtown Los Angeles, which attracted nearly 1,000 attendees.
The conference began with a spirited economics panel, and that spirit continued throughout the day. Mosler--who noted that California is in better shape than New York due to having fewer developments in the pipeline--summed up the global economic situation, saying that the most significant issue facing us is unemployment. "The government has to focus on job stimulus across the board," he said.
