Tarlton Enters JV to Develop $100M Government Project

ST. LOUIS-Barry Real Estate has opted to drop Skanska and replace the contractor with Tarlton for the 474,690-square-foot military records facility.

The partnership came about after Atlanta-based Barry Real Estate Cos. broke away from the Atlanta-based Skanska USA Building, the project's lead general contractor. After Skanska was dropped, Barry tapped Tarlton to joint venture the project with Hardin Construction, also Atlanta based.
