The Warner Bros. deal represents an expansion of 10,000 square feet, according to Madison Partners principal Brad Feld and senior executive director Chris Keller, who represented the building owners, JP Morgan and the Screen Actors Guild Administrative Corp. Warner Bros. was represented by Matt Hargrove of Cushman & Wakefield.
Built in 1985, the approximately 152,000-square-foot, eight-story office building at 3601 W. Olive is currently undergoing a major renovation of its lobby and exterior. The building is across the street from Warner Bros. studios, and some of the largest companies in the entertainment industry, including NBC and Disney.

Gangi's Media Village project is bordered by Third Street, Palm and Magnolia avenues and Glenoaks Boulevard. Gangi notes that the 2G Digital lease maintains the 100% occupancy at the mixed use development, which features 146 units of affordable senior housing, 60,000 square feet of retail and office space, and 500 subterranean parking spaces.
According to Chuck Filliettaz, president of 2G Digital Post, one of the factors in the company's decision to lease space in Burbank is Downtown Burbank's optical fiber network, located along Third Street adjacent to Media Village. He says that the fiber network allows the firm to transfer and send large files of data from point to point worldwide. Burbank has made it easier for businesses to tap into that network," Filliettaz said.
