The park is situated neat the Cincinnati/North Kentucky International Airport and is just 18 miles from Cincinnati. ProLogis Park 275 contains 1.9 million square feet of industrial space in four buildings, which is part of nearly 9 million square feet ProLogis owns in the Cincinnati area.
In February, ProLogis also inked a number of leases at its Kentucky locations, bringing the Louisville, KY airport area to 97% occupied. An unnamed pharmaceutical services provider leased 273,000 square feet in the recently completed Park 65, a 1.2-million-square-foot, two-building industrial park located near the Louisville Airport.
Additionally, APL Logistics, leased an additional 167,000 square feet at ProLogis Park Cedar Grove in Shepherdsville, Ky. A 300,000-square-foot lease at Riverport Distribution Center was signed by an industrial controls manufacturer. Additionally a third-party logistics provider in the pharmaceutical industry took 273,000 square feet in ProLogis' Park I-65. Both of the firm's names have been withheld for confidentiality.
Globally, the Denver-based firm owns 475 million square feet.
