NEW YORK CITY-The Port Authority wants developer Larry Silverstein to put up cash before it provides financing on his World Trade Center towers, Bloomberg reports.
Putting up cash could be difficult in the present credit environment, Bloomberg reports. Negotiations between Silverstein and the Port Authority are continuing, the authority says in a statement.
