Denver-based Dividend Capital Total Realty Trust recently acquired the property from an undisclosed seller. One of Montgomery County's largest shopping centers, 270 Center is 100%-leased. Tenants include Home Depot, Best Buy, Nordstrom Rack, Men's Wearhouse, Office Depot, Five Guys Burgers & Fries, and Chicken Out Rotisserie.

The contract to manage the property is a boon for KeyPoint, according to William Lawler, Partner/Director of Property & Asset Management. "This is a significant assignment for our Maryland office, which brings our portfolio of managed property in the metro-Washington, DC region up to three million square feet", he says in a prepared statement. KeyPoint did not return a call to GlobeSt.com in time for publication. CBRE's Bill Kent represented the seller in the transaction along with Gary Lawrence. CBRE did not return a call to GlobeSt.com.
