Housing and Urban Development Secretary Shaun Donovan will be the forum's keynote speaker Thursday afternoon, preceded the day before by Mike Huckabee, former Arkansas governor and presidential candidate. Other featured speakers include Atlanta Mayor Shirley Franklin; Frederic Mishkin, a former Federal Reserve governor; and Charlie Rose, the widely recognized PBS talk-show host who will interview CEOs from locally based companies.

Various sessions throughout the ULI meeting will cover a broad range of subjects, including capital markets, infrastructure financing, economic stimulus, sustainable development, the housing crisis and opportunities for distressed assets.

The ULI Spring Council Forum is a members-only event geared toward commercial developers, economic development specialists, architects, urban planners, shopping center owners, real estate consultants and property advisors.
