David Alperstein of Jones Lang LaSalle's Government Investor Services group represented the owner, Bristol Group of San Francisco, while the GSA represented the Veterans Administration. In January the US Citizenship and Immigration Services signed a five-year lease with a five-year renewal option for 59,600 square feet at One NoMa Station. Other government tenants include the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the US Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms. The EEOC is the largest occupant in the space, with a 144,000-square-foot lease. BATF occupies about 60,000 square feet.

The NoMa Bid office occupies the space on the ground floor where VA will be moving. So it's--happily, says Bid Director Liz Price--moving to another location. It hasn't made the final selection for its new address yet, she tells GlobeSt.com.
