Adzinia's deal encompasses a portion of the 11th floor at the 35-story, 585,156-square-foot 1350 Sixth Ave. Asking rents on that floor are reportedly $75 per square foot. The company relocated from 2,400 square feet in SL Green's 420 Lexington Ave., where it had a lease to 2013.
In a release, Steven Durels, SL Green EVP and director of leasing and real property, says "one of the unique advantages for tenants within our buildings is our ability to provide growth opportunities throughout the entire 24-million-square-foot portfolio. That ability was instrumental in this transaction."
Jack Petrie and Justin Halpern of CresaPartners New York represented Adzinia, which sells online display and email advertising products to advertisers on Amazon.com websites, in the transaction. Other tenants at 1350 Sixth include Harper and Collins Publishing; Rothstein, Kass & Co. and Highbridge Capital Management.
