BOSTON-Lane Berry is being acquired by Raymond James, according to the Boston Business Journal.

Founders Frederich Lane and Robert Berry will remain with the company, taking positions as vice chairman of investment banking and managing director and co-head of the Raymond James mergers and acquisition practice, respectfully.
