"Long Lake Crossing is one of the premier Class A, multi-tenant office buildings in North Troy and has strong in-place cash flow with term. As a result of the attractive investment profile, there was significant national investor interest in the property," says Gary Nussbaum, managing director for Transwestern.

Located at 1301 West Long Lake Rd., the 170,363-square-foot office property is 90% leased. The asset was built in 1988 and designed by architect Minoru Yamasaki & Associates, this company also designed the World Trade Center Towers in New York City.

Transwestern's Investment Sales Group, which consists of Gary Nussbaum, Bill Harvey and Thomas Gorman represented the seller.
