The law firm's move is an expansion, according to the spokeswoman. It currently occupies space on the 10th floor of 1300 I St. NW, according to Davis Polk & Wardwell's Web site. The McPherson building is located at 901 15th St.
Other tenants in the building include New York Life and New York City-based Kaye Scholer LLP. In fact in December 2007, Kaye Scholer expanded the space it occupied there by 10,000 square feet, to reach 55,000 square feet.
