The three-asset portfolio includes Sibley Square, Nesbitt Business Center, and Bakota Business Center. Sibley Square is a 206,423-square-foot office and retail facility in the Mears Park area of St. Paul. Nesbitt Business Center, located in Bloomington, totals 46,314 square foot of office and warehouse space. The Dakota Business Center in Mendota Heights houses 49,215 square feet of office, warehouse and showroom space.
The appointment of Transwestern to manage this portfolio comes at an ideal time. "We are seeing a lot of local owners "take back" their management listings in an attempt to reduce overhead costs,"says Hans Okerstrom, director of Property Management, here.
