The automotive finance company has occupied the entire building, located at 3620 Queen Palm Dr., since 2000. It also occupies 18,000 square feet in Sabal VI, located across from the Sabal Pavilion. The lease terms were not disclosed.

"Tampa serves as an ideal corporate base of operations thanks to a large employee base and cost-of-living advantages," says Allen Aldridge, SVP at KBS, in a statement.

Sabal Pavilion was constructed in 1998 and is part of the master-planned Sabal Park. The project includes 216,000 square feet of office space, four restaurants, two hotels, tennis court, jogging trails and childcare facility.
