In 1994, Daniels co-founded Hines-Mexico. Most recently, Daniels worked as the executive director and VP for Hines, overseeing both Mexico and Central America. While in the position he was responsible for the investment of $800 million and managing more than 50 properties.
On June 10, CBRE announced plans to raise $550 million in new debt and stock, the company said today in news releases and SEC filings. As GlobeSt.com reported, the total includes an offering of $400 million of senior subordinated notes, a $100 million direct placement of 13.4 million shares of stock with Paulson & Co. Inc. and a public common stock offering of up to $50 million.
