Brookside Concourse occupies 45 acres along Old Milton Parkway east of Georgia 400 and encompasses more than 550,000 square feet of single- and multi-story office space in seven buildings. Brookside/800 is located at 4400 Brookside Parkway.
Todd Yates, senior vice president, and Gregg Metcalf, vice president with Alter Group's Atlanta, office, handled the transaction. The lease is valued at nearly $5 million.
