Acer will utilize the property to distribute spare parts and light manufacturing services to customers throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa. It is estimated the facility will provide 200 new jobs to the area.

ProLogis Park Wrocław III consists of four buildings and totals 1.45 million square feet. Other clients in the facility include Curylo Asterix, DHL, Emperia Holding, Intercars, Jees Polska, Pol Mat, Selena, Sonoco Poland and Uldo.
