Tenant representative Rick Medinis with Dallas-based NAI Robert Lynn tells GlobeSt.com that the company had looked at other locations for possible relocation. However, a combination of reasons kept the company at 9015 Sterling St. in the 550-acre DFW Freeport, owned by Gateway Prairie. Cannon Schultz with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented landlord Gateway Prairie in the negotiations.

"The building continues to suit their needs," Medinis explains. "It wasn't really worth it to them to move in order to get something with higher clear heights. It was nice, but not a necessity." The more modern buildings, he went on to say, are built more for distribution purposes, rather than manufacturing, which is what Professional Instillation Network does, Medinis adds. In addition, "this building is rail served," he explains. "They utilize that frequently."
