Taubman Mall Appeal Is Denied

Taubman can walk away from the project or move forward with a different project. The town simply did not want a mall in its neighborhood, but was not necessarily opposed to any development of the site. It is reported that Simon Properties funded a fair amount of the opposition against Taubman's mall project.
