TS Tech has expanded its presence in the Columbus market, now leasing a total of 245,000 in ProLogis properties. It also occupies space at the Capital Park East Distribution Center.
Canal Pointe Distribution Center is just 15 miles southeast of Columbus along Highway 33.
Terms of the lease were not disclosed. According to Grubb & Ellis' Q1 industrial report for the Columbus market, the average rental rate is $2.83 per square foot, triple net. This submaket was 18% vacant at the end of the first quarter.
ProLogis owns more than 11.8 million square feet of industrial space here in central Ohio.
