"In Chicago, TCN currently has an office partner in Bradford Allen (Realty Services) and a retail partner with Zifkin (Realty & Development)," explains Dan Jones, Entre Commercial's principal and co-founder. "They were looking to fill the industrial gap and that's our focus." TCN officials were unavailable for interviews by deadline.
Jones tells GlobeSt.com he and Entre Commercial principal and co-founder Daniel Benassi decided to join forces with TCN Worldwide to help Entre Commercial's own expansion. "We were at a point where we were looking for ways to grow Entre and expand our offering of services," Jones remarks. He goes on to say that Entre Commercial contacted a couple of other companies.
Ultimately, however, "TCN was an appropriate fit," Jones says. "TCN will enable our firm to provide an extended array of services to clients and employees, as well as greater market coverage on a national and international basis.
Jones says no personnel changes will take place at Entre Commercial, which was launched in 2006. "We're well underway with the transition here," he adds. "It shouldn't take more than 30 to 60 days to rebrand everything."
