Brennan has 20 years experience in the industry. Prior to Studley, Brennan ran the local office of Staubach Co., which he launched in 1999. Prior to that, he was with Jones Lang Wooten, which merged with LaSalle Partners in 1999 to become Jones Lang LaSalle. Staubach merged with JLL in 2008.
JLL market director Elizabeth Hearle says JLL's commitment to tenant representation is evidenced by its acquisition of Staubach last year. The addition of Brennan, she says, gives JLL "arguably the most experienced tenant rep bench in Northern California."
Brennan did not return a Tuesday afternoon phone call seeking comment. Studley's local branch manager Steve Barker tells GlobeSt.com that Brennan left on good terms, is a friend of the firm and should be a great fit for JLL.
"We wish him nothing but the best," Barker says.
