The land has been approved for the development of a 2,400-square-foot facility, which can be utilized as a warehouse, light industrial or office space. The property will include nine surface parking spaces, two overhead drive-in doors, 16-foot ceiling heights and open column spacing.
"With engineering, architectural and septic designs already completed, this facility would be ideal for a landscaping or contractor operation that could utilize the space use as a small warehouse or equipment storage facility," Schorr tells GlobeSt.com.
"In addition, the property is priced below market to induce a quick sale and can be built immediately once the building permit is pulled," he says, though a solid sale price was not available.
The property sits near Route 80, via Route 46, and is nearly equidistant between New Jersey Transit's Lake Hopatcong and Mount Arlington Train Stations, which both provide service to the Montclair-Boonton, Morris and Essex lines.
