Located at 361 Route 22 East, the now-vacant buildings formerly served as a Sea Ray boat dealership, which included a parts and service center. The East Building is a single-story, 8,103-square-foot structure that offers an open floor plan, showroom floor and drive-in loading. The West Building consists of two floors; a 5,523-square-foot main level with showroom and multiple offices; as well as a 5,523-square-foot lower-level workshop/repair facility.

Both buildings are located directly off of Route 22 and within close proximity to Routes 287, 78 and 202. The location offers highway frontage and visibility. "Three-sixty-one Route 22 East offers a great opportunity for prospective retailers looking to lease or own at a desirable retail location in Somerset County," says Chippendale in a statement.

A spokesperson for Weichert tells GlobeSt.com that the buildings would be suitable for flooring/carpeting and cabinetry retailers; auto, boating and RV/motorhome equipment and repairs; and hardware stores.
