Grubb & Ellis reports that Head Start, which occupied approximately 22,000 square feet in its previous location, signed a 65-month lease for its new space at Freeway Corporate Park in Santa Ana, where it will move in September to 2501 Pullman St. Crown Carnegie was represented by the Grubb & Ellis team of senior vice president Robert Caudill and associate vice president Matt Didier. Head Start was represented by Mark Gardner and Randy Parker of Travers Realty Corp.

Caudill notes that Freeway Corporate Park is now 100% leased. He says that Head Start will occupy the entire first floor of 2501 Pullman St., the front building of the office park.

Freeway Corporate Park includes two, two-story office buildings totaling 129,300 square feet. Grubb & Ellis previously secured leases at the property of 52,116 square feet and 44,000 square feet, respectively, with Iteris Inc. and Loss Mitigation Services.

In a lease within the Irvine Technology Center, Agility Logistics Corp. signed a seven-year lease for 34,160 square feet in a building at 240 Commerce. The property will serve as the US corporate headquarters for Agility, which is moving from Santa Ana and expects to take occupancy late this summer.

Agility was represented by Grubb & Ellis' Mike Finley, senior director of the Corporate Services Group, and Tom Taylor, senior vice president. The property's owner, the Irvine Co., represented itself. Through Finley, Grubb & Ellis' Corporate Services Group represents Agility Logistics on a nationwide basis.

In the third lease, Argosy University signed a 10-year lease for 33,483 square feet at 601 Lewis St., with the Anaheim office of Grubb & Ellis representing property owner City Office LP in conjunction with Simplex Realty Services. The Grubb & Ellis brokers on the deal included Caudill, Didier and senior associate John Pomer, along with Roger Doebke of Simplex. The tenant was represented by Patrick O'Loughlin and Jeff Kernochan of Fischer & Co.
