Aiken, with 10 years of property management and leasing experience, previously served as director of asset management for ICO Development, where he was responsible for a portfolio of office, industrial, retail, and multifamily assets in California, Colorado, and Missouri. He also held posts with CBRE and Equity Office.
Goodrich has more than 23 years of experience, previously serving as asset manager with Furst Commercial Real Estate, where he managed a portfolio of 15 properties totaling more than 1.7 million square feet. He also served in property management at Rreef.
The new hires at Sperry Van Ness are the latest in a series of expansions at property management firms and in the property management divisions of real estate services companies. Execs at the firms tell GlobeSt.com that building owners are placing a greater emphasis on property management and asset services since the advent of the recession.
