Automotive part supplier Autotek Magna took 172,000 square feet at ProLogis Park Izcalli Building One, in Cuautitlan Izcalli. The building was recently completed and sits just 20 miles from Mexico City. Autotek Magna plans to utilize the space for the assembly and distribution of Ford Motor Co.'s fuel-efficient Fiesta.
MCS Industries, a manufacturer of picture frames and wall decor, leased 233,000 square feet in the newly built Centro Industrial Juarez Building 11. The industrial park is situated near the Juarez International Airport the Mexico/US border.
ProLogis owns 19.1 million square feet of industrial and distribution space throughout the country.
