The 225,000-square-foot shopping center is fully occupied with more than 100 tenants. Companies locating in the center include Adidas, BCBG Max Azria, Brooks Brothers, Coach, Cole Haan, Diesel, Ray Ban, Tommy Hilfiger and True Religion.

The outlet has the potential to expand by an additional 135,000 square feet. At this time it is uncertain if the company will work on a second phase to expand the property.

The Ami Premium Outlets was built by Chelsea Japan Co. Ltd. a joint venture between Simon and Mitsubishi Estate Co. Ltd. Simon has a 40% stake in the company.

The JV owns and operates more than 2.1 million square feet of gross leasable space. Major assets include Gotemba Premium Outlets and Sano Premium Outlets in Tokyo; Rinku Premium Outlets in Osaka; Toki Premium Outlets in Nagoya; and Tosu Premium Outlets in Fukuoka.
