The law firm, having hired Transwestern to review possible office alternatives in the city, opted to stay in its current location, restructuring and extending the lease. The 10-year lease gives Horwitz, Horwitz & Associates the right to expand to the rest of the floor as well as tenant improvement money to renovate the space.

Tony Kamin, EVP for Transwestern, represented Horwitz, Horwitz & Associates in the transaction, while Dan Shannon of Aspire Properties represented the landlord.
