[IMGCAP(2)]Khourie, who joins CBRE Investors from CBRE Group's Trammell Crow Co. development subsidiary, will be responsible for day-to-day management of the firm, reporting to Vance Maddocks, chief executive officer. Maddocks says that bringing Khourie on board will allow him, as CEO, to focus on strategic direction and the CBRE Investors portfolio of investments in order to "capitalize on the unique market opportunities this real estate cycle will provide."

At Trammell Crow, Khourie was part of the leadership team that set the firm's investment and development strategies. He joined TCC in 1980 and most recently served as president of development and investment for the Southeast US. He also served on the TCC executive and investment committees, setting policy and strategy, as well as reviewing and approving investment decisions.

Greenberg, in her role at CBRE Investors,will oversee investor relations, accounting and reporting, treasury operations and enterprise reporting for the Strategic Partners US fund series. She will also be involved with fund financing activities.

Before joining CBRE Investors, Greenberg was CFO for the Lion Properties Fund at ING Clarion Partners. She also previously served as CFO for Phoenix Realty Group, was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch, and started her career in the audit services group at Deloitte & Touche.
