As Crabtree & Evelyn, Talbot's, Smith & Hawken, and others have closed, but names like Gucci, Michael Kors and Kiehl's are taking their places. Management also has multi-million dollar, but secret, plans to overhaul a vacant 194,000-square-foot department-store space.
