Construction of the 116,300-square-foot building completed in June. The sale includes the building at 11055 Wayzata Blvd. plus a 430-spot parking structure.
There is an adjacent undeveloped lot that Opus also owns and is marketing for sale.
Syngenta Seeds Inc., an arm of the Switzerland-based company Syngenta International, has leased the 116,300-square-foot building; with plans to move roughly 200 employees from a number of offices throughout the city.
CBRE's Tom Holtz, Steven Buss and Ryan Watts handled the transaction.
