However, several weeks ago the pending sale was reported in Real Estate Finance and Investment, for $150 million or $290 per square foot. A Prudential spokeswoman told GlobeSt.com at the time that the sale had not closed and pricing details were not yet fixed. Prudential and Invesco declined to comment about the deal when it did close.
