Its 381,493-square-foot lease at 909 Whitaker Rd. was renewed. Terms of the renewal, including rental rate and lease length were not disclosed. CTMT's Jeff Castell represented Ditan Distribution. Luke Wessel, also with CTMT, represented landlord ProLogis.
Ditan has expanded its presence in the area with a 250,535-square-foot lease. The company will locate in Duke Realty's 2425 East Perry Rd. Castell also represented Ditan Distrubution in this transaction.
