Jeff Eichhorn, a commercial real estate agent with the company, says, "We look forward to partnering with Boone County and the Tri-County Economic Development Corp. to bring new businesses to Northern Kentucky."

According to a report in the Business Courier of Cincinnati, the park was purchased by Henkle Schueler in conjunction with Lakeland Real Estate LLC. Henkle Schueler's partner in the deal is a joint venture between Al Neyer Inc. and Skilcraft Sheetmetal Inc.

The Lebanon, OH-based Henkle Schueler will put roughly 20 lots up for sale to attract manufacturing companies. The industrial park is located just a few miles from interstates 71/75 and 275.

Henkle Schueler was founded in 1935 by George Henkle as a farm brokerage. The company is now one of the largest landowners in Southwest Ohio. Its portfolio contains 15 business parks in the Cincinnati-Dayton Corridor. The founder passed away at the end of July, at the age of 98.
