Once the acquisition is finalized Mohr will open a local office, which will be run by Dennis Burnside, president and CEO of BurnsideAnalytics. He will become managing partner for the Cleveland office, helping Mohr to grow its economic development organizations consulting practice as well as expand its real estate holdings in the area.

Burnside Analytics was founded in 2007 here in Cleveland and worked to provide "corporate clients and the economic development community with real estate advisory services, site selection, tenant representation and project management through the use of business strategies, predictive modeling and business intelligence, market studies, economic forecasting, industry segment studies," according to company executives.
The Dallas-based Mohr opened in 1986. The company now has 16 offices across the country. Through its US offices and strategic joint ventures Mohr has provided services to companies in more than 71 countries.
