The new entity, called Adler Holly Management, addresses a need expressed by South Florida building owners for experienced, high-quality leasing and management services, says Michael Adler, chairman and CEO of Adler Group. The new partnership combines Holly Sime's leasing expertise with Adler Group's strong record of third-party property management, he says.
