The Hong Kong-based company, which manufactures tire inflation and sealing kits, entered into the lease with Product Drive Co. LLC. The space will be used for engineering, product design and testing.
Local CB Richard Ellis executives, Gene Agnone and Lauren Scarpace, represented Active Tools in the deal.
