The shopping center is located at the intersection of East Lincoln Highway and Colorado Street.
Big Lots will relocate from its current Merrillville location at 61st Avenue and Broadway. The new facility will give the company a prime location between the Hobart and Merrillville retail area.
Columbus, OH-based Big Lots has more than 1,300 stores in 47 states across the country.
