"With multiple locations throughout the country, CHA expressed an interest in continuing to occupy space within the Parsippany submarket, a major growth area for the company's current operational needs and continued expansion in the Tri-State area," says Mallaney in a statement. "After an extensive search of office buildings within this area, we were able to leverage an existing relationship with the owner to identify space that would suit CHA's needs."
The three-story office building is located within the Mack-Cali Business Campus, a 17-property, class-A office complex that totals approximately 2.2 million square feet and spans 600 acres in Morris County. The property, which is now 94% occupied, has a tenant lineup that includes Account Temps and Gallagher Basset Services.
Located directly off of Interstate 287, the Mack-Cali Business Campus is 45 minutes from Manhattan and features an on-site cafeteria, flexible floor plans, 24-hour security, fiber optic risers--enabling high-speed voice and data transmission--and surface parking.
