More than 1,000 new luxury condos and 2 million square feet of newly built office space is available in Buckhead, according to the ad, which also reads: "But hurry, opportunity doesn't knock twice." The effort to change Buckhead's image as the most expensive submarket in Atlanta is considered unusual on a national level.
